Fall Roundup

A mixed bag of updates for the fall, as always the foilage is magnificent this time of year, so Judy has been out and about taking pictures, mostly around Lasdon State Park and also the Newburgh Waterfront.

While Judy was enjoying the local landscape, Dan had to rush off to Europe again on a business trip, he was very briefly in Spain (4 hours), Luxembourg (not much longer) and London where he actually went to see Money Never Sleeps at the movies (the last time he set foot inside a cinema was for The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (2005) so its been a while. He made it down to the old apartment in Horsham where he saw Mark and managed to sqeeze in a couple of days in Ireland to see the folks.

Meantime having got the house nicely decorated for Halloween (a first that the pool was still open and usable when we put the decorations out), we actually went away to New York City for Halloween weekend where we saw the Addams Family Musical, spent Saturday down in the East Village and went to a great party. Heading back on Sunday in time to hand out candy to the THREE groups of kids that showed up this year for trick or treating (this tradition seems to almost have died out).

Now that the weather is colder, Judy has started up again with the knitting and of course Tila is looking more gorgeous than ever. We have a new Canon EOS60D Digital SLR, so expect to see more beautiful pictures than ever in the future.
