In total contrast the last summer, this year the weather has been fantastic. It makes us wonder why we would ever want to move - other than the taxes and dysfunctional government - but that seems to be universal.
The garden is looking beautiful, so much so, that a couple of baby fawns come to visit from time to time. The pool is open and fantastically warm, we have been spending a lot of time there.
Our "cousin" Terry recently celebrated another year and family went along to wish her well. The other day Tom (Dan's best man) and Dan got together for dinner at Zum Stammtisch a very lovely German restaurant in the city.
We got some pictures from Ireland taken on Mum's birthday, Mum and Gerry are both looking good and the house is really beautiful this time of year.
Finally we got an Om.. Frog.
Two years ago in Munich we saw this guy in a shop window, unfortunately the store was closed and besides he was window dressing. Judy has wanted one ever since. Last week we were strolling through Pier One buying some candles and what did see, an Om.. Frog of our very own! We had to have him and now he adorns the fireplace.
