Early Fall...

So the best news this month is that Judy finally escaped the horrors of Putnam Ridge and was allowed home. For those with a strong stomach you can read her full report here.

As you can see we've had a few "improvements" at the house. A "ski ramp" outside the front door and a "rack railway" for the stairs. It's beginning to look like an alpine resort. All we need now is some s....

We celebrated our seventh wedding anniversary with a very nice lamb roast dinner at home.

Fall has come, the pool is closed, the Cranberry berries are ripe. The burning bush is burning. The nights are closing in and Tila has a beautiful new winter fur coat coming on.

We would like to thank everyone for the cards, flowers, candy, food, emails, phone calls and visits while Judy has been recovering. There is nothing like knowing the "crowd" is on your side to speed recovery along.

There have been a few signs in nature that this year is going to be a tough winter. Well this is America and we are ready for you! More snowplows in a small town here than a whole county in the UK.

I know where my bread comes from, but Judy has been eagerly cheering on the Occupy Wall St crowd. She recommends that you follow this link (http://www.occupytheboardroom.org) and write at least some of these lucky, but apparently lonely people a nice note.
