Comparison from last year's pictures - DSLR .v. Point and Shoot
Once again it's time to put out the Christmas Lights, this year we went deliberately low key. Just static lights, no computers, no flashing in time to the music, just old-skool.
As I said in the last update, these are the first pictures from the Canon EOS 60D DSLR. Believe it or not these were taken in near darkness with no flash! That huge lens just captures so much light it's incredible and the image quality as I am sure you can see is so much more impressive than a point and shoot.
